- Loss of power in accessories or erratic electrical system functionality
- No crank or slow crank when you turn the ignition key

Electrical/Electronic System Evaluation
A starting or charging problem could be caused by a number of things, and Smithtown General Tire and Service’s ASE certified technicians will do a complete inspection and provide you a detailed analysis.
Here are a few things we do:
- Perform electronic circuit testing of all automotive systems including Anti-Lock Brakes, Electronic Stability Control, Heating and Air Conditioning Systems, Computer Controls, Emission Devices, and Engine Electronics
- Check for loose connections and fuses
- Perform an electrical system test — including checking the alternator, starter, battery and battery cables
